We hope you are happy with the purchase of your items from Cheshire Vintage Furniture. As a small business only opening at weekends, tight control of stock and cash flow is very important to us, to remain a viable business.

  • Purchase made in store can only be refunded if the item is not fit for purpose or damaged by us in transit.

 

  • In the UK, distance selling regulations grant online, mail, and telephone order customers the right to cancel their purchase for a limited time, even if the goods are not faulty.
  • Buyers must inform the dealer of their intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Once the dealer has been informed, buyers have an additional 14 days to return the item.
  • Dealers are required to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Buyers are not required to provide a reason for canceling.

Please note, unless the goods are damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Unfortunately, delivery / courier fees can not be refunded.
