- Purchase made in store can only be refunded if the item is not fit for purpose or damaged by us in transit.
- In the UK, distance selling regulations grant online, mail, and telephone order customers the right to cancel their purchase for a limited time, even if the goods are not faulty.
- Buyers must inform the dealer of their intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Once the dealer has been informed, buyers have an additional 14 days to return the item.
- Dealers are required to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Buyers are not required to provide a reason for canceling.
Please note, unless the goods are damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Unfortunately, delivery / courier fees can not be refunded.
